Overview

Startups often have the same goals as traditional companies, but a different approach: they are fast and able to transform entire industries with little resources. In this program, participants acquire a new mindset about developing fresh business ideas. The goal is to adopt a more hands-on approach to innovation projects, using a wide variety of entrepreneurial tools and a structured process for turning ideas into market-ready solutions.

o    Learn how the methodology applies to products and services in your organization
o    Apply the Build-Measure-Learn Loop to get faster feedback from product experiments
o    Understand and define experiments to decide whether you should Pivot or Persevere
o    Define your Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and understand new product development phases in the Lean Philosophy
o    Understand how Lean Startup works with Agile development
