This course is a leadership journey that encompasses the three main leadership focus areas recommended by Daniel Goleman: The inner, The Outer and The Other. The Inner is an exploration of personal leadership values, style and vision. The Outer is a focus on strategic direction, planning effectively, leading change, driving innovation and high performance. The other concerns the development of effective teams, monitoring and changing organizational culture and using emotional intelligence to build relationships.
